7.) The Device Properties window will pop up and then left click on the tab labeled “General” which you’ll find on the upper left side and then click the button labeled “Change Settings”.

8.) On the next pop up window, click the tab labeled “Policies” on the upper side and click on the feature labeled “Better performance” and then click the button that says OK so that the changes are saved.

9.) Now you will need to close all of the windows which have been opened. After which open the folder labeled “This PC” and right click the partition of the USB flash drive.

10.) A sub-menu will open then click “Eject” and then a pop up will show the safe removal of the flash drive.

11.) Remove the flash drive and then plug it back in the PC again. From here you can check and see that the USB data transfer has improved.
